• AuditPay - provides shippers with a pre-audit and accurate payment of freight bills. Customer freight rates are updated online in the FreitRater system resulting in invoices that are analyzed and paid based on the most current rates available.
• Post Audit - is a systematic review of paid freight bills and/or vendor invoices by experienced auditors. Discovering incorrect rates, erroneous product classifications, duplicate payments and clerical errors enables Commercial Traffic to recover millions of dollars for our PostAudit customers.
• FreitRaterShipper Software - provides the shipper with an accurate pre-determination of anticipated freight bills. It enables the customer to budget for expected shipments, establish the most cost-effective Mode of shipping, accurately determine cost estimates for specific contracts, and develop shipping scenarios for various transportation options.
• FreitRaterCarrier Software provides all carriers, all modes, the finest software to rate each customer's agreed to charges for line-haul and all accessorial charges. Changes in rates and fuel charges are easily updated and the optional Tariff Publisher allows printed rate information for your customers.
• TranSaver/AirSaver - uses the buying power of participating customers to negotiate premium discounts on LTL and airfreight shipments. Ideal for small and medium size shippers, these services provide discounts that apply on prepaid and collect outbound shipments, collect inbound and minimum charge shipments.

• Logistics Management offers consulting services that encompass shipping/receiving, scheduling, consolidation analysis, carrier selection, analytic cost comparisons, private fleet analysis, operational overviews, and site selection criteria.
• Hazardous Materials Advice is provided in general awareness/familiarization seminars to gain certification for supervisors, managers and company officers responsible for, yet not actually handling, hazardous material shipments. Job-specific training is also available to gain DOT certification for employees handling the shipment of hazardous materials. Professional advice is available on complying with DOT, IATA, ICAO, IMO, EPA, OSHA and Canadian TDG regulations.
• Loss and Damage Claims Service will submit your claim and perform all necessary follow-up activity. Commercial Traffic will promptly investigate the circumstances of the loss or damage, complete all carrier-required paperwork, help gather any other required paperwork or information, and expedite the inspection if necessary. • FreitBroker service through Commercial Transportation Management Services, Inc. (CTMSI), a licensed transportation broker, handles shipments of general commodities throughout North America. CTMSI specializes in long-haul volume shipments or truckload quantities at competitive rates. CTMSI also handles expedited time-critical shipments at competitive prices. CTMSI saves customers money by reducing transportation costs through volume buying.
