FreitRater™ as a stand-alone software package, is also commercially available for large shippers and freight carriers through our affiliated software company, Commercial Transportation Services.

    Yes, CT Logistics has a global presence and a wealth of experience in International freight bill audit and payment. The FreitRater™ software that we utilize to audit and pay your freight bills has the ability to audit International rates and can audit, pay, and allocate freight costs in any currency in the world.

  • Will the paper freight bills get sent back to me?

    CT Logistics can send all paper freight bills back to the shipper, or we can store them, or use our preferred standard method of imaging and sending the imaged freight bill and attached back up data back on a DVD on a monthly basis, or you can just use our on-line server system to see the image bills for up to 3 years.

  • Another service provider already does my pre-audit and payment; does CT Logistics offer any post-audit services?

    Yes, CT Logistics offers a full range of post-audit services for all modes of transportation that are provided on a no-cure, no-cost basis. If we don’t find any errors, you don’t pay us any money. Historically our post-audit services have recovered over 2% of the total freight transportation expenditures.

  • What are web tools?

    CT's Web Tool Box allow for shippers to review all bills that fail processing for quick resolution follow up via the internet. Also, CT's Web Tool Box allows for reporting (canned or AD Hoc) of potentially 200 data fields for each freight invoice, plus offer an archive of the last 3 years of images, and complete processing information for each invoice.
